Statewide Towing from Austin had the opportunity to retrieve a unit out of B&M's Giddings yard. These fellas are super friendly and went out of their way to assist. At some point im sure we tested their patience because it took us a few hours to load up the mess (cant post pics due to the nature of the incident) but they let us work and offered to help many times. I didn’t end up needing them, however if I ever need to tow I’m calling them! The guy who answered was the kindest soul. I’m new in town, not familiar with the area, started having a panic attack bec my car wouldn’t start and I didn’t know the location. He was patient, kind and caring. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND B&M Towing for any of your towing or roadside needs, big or small. They have gotten me out of a jam multiple times with speedy service and excellent customer service.
